Would you like to return an item?
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. The return is on us. It is free for you.
Important NOTE
We offer you a 30-day return policy. We expect you to return the products to us in the following condition: complete and in their original packaging. Please note that the exchangeable heads cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).
Step 1
Please pack the mate sonic toothbrush back in its original packaging. Use the pre-cut shapes for this so that the toothbrush is not damaged during transport. The shipping carton should be sturdy.

You apply for the return in our returns portal.
step 3
Print out the return slip and put it in the box with the item. Now seal the box with tape. Print out the return label and stick it on the outside of the box. Finished. Now take your mate return to the nearest DHL Paket Shop and send it off.
step 4
After we have received your return, we will check it for completeness and condition. If everything is in order, we will immediately refund the purchase price. Otherwise we will contact you with the questions that arose during the examination.
