Want to return an item?
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. The return is on us. It is free of charge for you.
Important note
We offer you 30 days return policy. We expect you to return the products to us in the following condition: complete and in the original packaging. Please note that the exchangeable heads are excluded from the return for hygienic reasons (according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).
Step 1
Please repack the mate sonic toothbrush in its original packaging. Use the pre-cut shapes for this, so that the toothbrush is not damaged in transit. The shipping carton should be sturdy.
Step 2
You request the return in our returns portal.
Step 3
Print out the return slip and place it in the box with the items. Now seal the box with adhesive tape. Print the return label and stick it on the outside of the box. That's it. Now take your mate return to the nearest DHL parcel store and send it off.
Step 4
After we have received your return, we will check it for completeness and condition. If everything is in order, we will immediately refund the purchase price. Otherwise, we will contact you with the questions that arose during the inspection.
